Terms of use

These terms cover using Pilahan, whether you run a shop or book a visit at one.

For customers

• Booking and joining the line are free. You pay the shop directly when you visit.
• You can cancel or change a booking from your booking link, up to the time the shop allows.
• Each shop sets its own services, prices and rules. Pilahan isn't responsible for the service itself.

For shop owners

• Every new shop gets a 14-day free trial. There's no setup fee and no commission on bookings.
• After the trial, you pay a flat monthly price: Solo ₱299, Shop ₱799, Multi-branch ₱1,499 per branch. Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price.
• If the trial ends unpaid, we keep your data and pause online booking until you choose a plan.
• You're responsible for the information you publish and for how you treat your customers' data.
• You can cancel anytime.

Fair use

Don't use Pilahan to send spam, make fake bookings, or try to reach data that isn't yours.

Changes

We'll tell shop owners by email before these terms change.
